Why Game of Skills?
Because, more and more, life is a ll about … well, skills. The skills that your parents don’t teach you, your academic instructors don’t teach you. Skills that will help you live a happy, healthy and passionate life.
There are a lot of books and websites in the world and some of them talk about these skills. What I am trying to do is to extract the useful information , filter throug my own experience and my way of thinking (I am a computers engineer by education) and present it to you.
I want to do this because I found a lot of information on other people’s sites that steered me into the right direction on my quest on information. And they helped me in my personal development and I think I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them. This is my way of giving back to the world some useful information and wisdom that will, hopefully, help other people’s lives.
Topics covered by this site include personal wellbeing through nutrition, fitness, organizing, social wellbeing through communication, better interactions through better awareness of what other people think and do .
The skills I present will help you face your foes: challenges, fears, lack of information.
I urge you to check this information, explore more information on the topics presented and use it to make yourself a better, happier, stronger person. And your better half. And your children. And your parents. And your grandparents. And your friends. And your neighbors. If you want to.
But I bet you will want to!
The contents of this website and my newsletter are gleaned from my experiences and observations, meant only for educational purposes and not intended to replace medical advice, consultations, or treatment of any kind. I recommend you see your professional health care provider if you suspect you have an illness or disease of any kind. I’m not medically trained, and I would never suggest or imply that I know what is best for someone else’s body or overall health, ultimately each of us is the only one who knows what’s best for us.
Although psycholgy, nutrition and fitness are passions of mine, I’m not a professional (remember, I am a computers engineer). Talk to a doctor before making any changes in your diet or exercise habits, or starting a diet or exercise program.
